What is Zing?

Zing is Fine Art meeting the Automotive, Truck, SUV, Rock Crawling world.

How are these made?

1. Each design is hand sculpted by Fine Artist Raymond Gibby of Nobility Bronze (www.nobilitybronze.com) 
2. A rubber mold is made capturing the detail of the sculpture
3. Hot wax is poured into the rubber mold.
4. The cooled wax is removed from the mold and a ceramic shell is made around the wax. 
5. The wax is melted out and hot molten metal is poured in. 
6. The shell is busted off
7. The product is finished per the customer's request.
